The  Financial Regulatory Commission at its Meeting held on 29 August 2018  passed a Decision to register ‘Ard Insurance’ LLC’s (the Company) 25  million shares with MNT 200.0 nominal price each and approved public  offering of 30 percent of the amount or 7.5 million shares for MNT  700.00.
