The primary market subscription of 'Mongol Basalt' JSC reached MNT 20.4 billion. Therefore, the shares of the company oversubscribed by 3.2 times.

According to 'Bumbat Altai' LLC, the underwriter of 'Mongol Basalt' JSC, a total of 3102 subscriptions were received. As a result, an investor's subscription up to MNT 372 thousand can be fully completed. Subscriptions above the mentioned amount is able to be completed 28 percent. In other words, if you subscribed for MNT 1 million, MNT 372 thousand of it will be completed fully, and MNT 628 thousand will be completed 28 percent. 

'Mongol basalt' JSC plans to earn sales income of MNT 2.5 billion. According to the company, it exceeded its plans by 5 times in the first five months of this year.

The secondary market trading is expected to begin on May 25.
