Due to the change in the amount of net profit for the year of 2017 by the audited financial report, ‘Mongol Post’ JSC approved the decision to distribute dividends of MNT367.2 million which is 30 percent of net profit or MNT 3.68 per share to shareholders based on the Resolution No.: 18.04 of the Board Meeting, dated on 20 March 2018.

The record date will be the registration date of Annual Shareholders Meeting of 2018, and dividends will be transferred to shareholders’ accounts at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from 01 May 2018.

In relation to this decision, previous resolution approved on 13 February 2018 was voided.
